On the occasion of her 70th birthday, our volunteer Jasmine Reischl asked her guests for donations for nyendo. The donation of €600 was used to support the Evemon Education Center.
Due to a lack of school desks, the pupils have long been sitting in very cramped conditions during lessons. In consultation with the principal Everlyn Kimani, it was therefore decided to purchase 14 new lockable school desks. The children can now sit on more benches during lessons and no longer need to sit close together.
This has significantly improved the learning environment.
Our first benches are completed and painted in bright colors.
A classroom has been set up.
