Since April, we’ve had a dynamic duo in our marketing team: Marina from Munich and Roberta, the former managing director of the student company Tealicious from Austria.
These two power women meet monthly and work together with one goal: to take the social media management of our network to the next level.

With a lot of attention to detail, we reviewed our social media strategy and optimized our content so that it directly resonates with our followers. And the results speak for themselves!
With the help of tags and regular posts — weekly contributions on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; various Instagram stories and YouTube videos — we were able to increase our reach by an average of 100%.
Brigitte’s trip to Kenya wasn’t just an adventure for her but also a huge success for our Instagram account. This single reel, using the right hashtags, reached about 160 accounts, 60% of which were non-followers, and even our follower count has risen significantly — slowly but steadily.
With a mix of knowledge and a sense of community, our stories have also been very well received. Every other week, we alternated between sharing Kenyan inspirational quotes on “Word-Monday” and reminiscing on “Throwback-Thursday.” On “Team-Tuesday,” our followers got to see the faces behind the scenes who pour their passion into Nyendo, and we end the week with “Quiz-Friday” featuring fun facts about Kenya.
